Gaius Iulius Caesar had a sister , Iulia (I) , she had a daughter , Atia who married Gaius Octavius , they had a son , Gaius Octavius (Augustus) – nothing new .
Augustus had a daughter , Iulia (II) , she married Agrippa and bore Iulia (III) , she married Lucius Aemilius Paulus and bore Iulia (IV) and she married Gaius Octavius Laenas . Again , nothing new although this Octavius Laenas is enigmatic figure .
Iulia (IV) and Octavius Laenas had a son , Gaius Octavius Laenas (II) who married Rubellia Bassa the daughter of Rubellius Blandus and Iulia (V , the daughter of Drusus the son of Tiberius) .
Any way , Rubellia Bassa and Laenas (II) had a daughter , Octavia . so far , no new material , but now...
Octavia married some one named Curtilius Mancia and bore a daughter , Curtilia , she married some one named Domitius Lucanus and bore Domitia Lucila .
Domitia Lucila married Calvisius Tullus Ruso (famous figure) and bore Domitia Lucila (II) , she married the famous Marcus annius Verus (his ancestors are well known) and their son was the emperor Marcus Aurelius !!!!!
So , according to this intriguing genealogy , Marcus Aurelius was a direct descendant of Augustus and Tiberius !!
Can it be ? This stuff is a scientific bomb that can change our perspective on the whole system of "Emperorship" .
