  1. Why don't we put the thing up for a vote. These have already been mentioned Las Vegas, Chicago and New York, DC...
  2. Yes , thank you Nepilla, I feel more powerful now with that name :boxing:
  3. Alright, I missed out on this, here's my name akret janib hisunofa Ofcourse I'm male, a powerful male with lots of testoserone, hope my name will reflect this.
  4. Las Vegas sounds good, over a few drinks it won't take too long for everyone to get acquainted, it's a 4 hour drive from LA. We could all stay at Caesar's palace over the weekend, I think that would be a good setting, I'm sure Cato would love that idea. If the purpose of the meeting is for everyone to have fun, then what better place than Las Vegas.
  5. In times of war drastic measures must be taken, and terrorists do not fit under 'enemy combatants', they fight like terrorists and they should be tortured like terrorists, better they pay the price than innocent people. Anyways, what the U.S. calls torture is probably along the lines of sleep deprivation.
  6. You just had to insert that sentence in there. Tell me, what would you do without the darling of Venus, if he didn't exist, half of your posts here wouldn't exist either. I think you have a love/hate relationship with him, you can't hate a guy so much unless he hurt you or betrayed you in the past, maybe in a different life, maybe you really are the reincarnation of Cato the Younger or just one of his ex-boyfriends It just seems to me that you always have that bald man on your mind.
  7. Two Churches Hit "NABLUS, West Bank - Two churches in the West Bank were hit by firebombs early Saturday, witnesses and clergy said, and a group claiming responsiblity said the attacks were meant as a protest against comments by Pope Benedict XVI about Islam." AP You knew it would happen at some point, somewhere. Now how about a Christian throws a firebomb into a mosque to get even  . I think not, it would be blasphemy, only muslims are alllowed to be terrorists, it's their god given right :2guns: . Frankly, the whole thing is ridicolous, the Pope is in over his head, just like the Pope before him and the one before that..., the muslim clerics are now inciting violence as they did in the Danish incident, the result is innocent people will die . Though I agree 100% with the Pope's comment, it's just that coming from him, the infallible protector of pedophiles is exceedingly hypocritical. Jihadists incite violence, and the Pope protects violent criminals taking refuge under the Catholic church while preying on children. No, I think these so-called religious men of peace  need to get their head examined some time :giljotiini: .
  8. I read it, I like what he said, he is right, but the Catholic church got image problems. It's leader must address such serious issues, if he is to be taken more seriously.
  9. "We do not accept the apology through Vatican channels ... and ask him (Benedict) to offer a personal apology
  10. I was sheduled to fly to Toronto at around 10:30 pm on that day, I remember waking up early morining LA time to pack my bag, I was too lazy to do it the night before. Anyways, while I was packing the phone rang, it was my sister, I told her to bugger off cause I was in a hurry, so she said, "where do you think you're going, there are no planes to fly you there, turn on the TV". So, I did, and there it was in living color. While I continued my conversation with her, the first tower collapsed to my amazment. Coincidentally, I rescheduled that same Toronto flight Nov 12, 2001, when the Queens plane crash occured, obviously, I had to cancel again, when I saw it on TV. Since then, I'm very wary booking flights to Toronto.
  11. You are very knowlegable Kosmo about the events taking place in the middle east. Yes, the Christians problem is disunity & greed, the last time the Christian resistance was truly united, it was under the leadership of Bachir Gemayel, my hero. Unfortunately, the Syrians didn't like his strength & unshakable patriotism, so they assassinated him on Sep 14, 1982. After his death, no one could fill his shoes militarily or politically, and there was much infighting and betrayel to claim the presidency, which resulted in one side collaborating with the Syrians, and that was the end of it for us.
  12. Yeah, but he brought international attention to the plight of animals and endangered species, plus he got people who never cared about wild animals or nature interested in wildlife. He did that through his close interaction with animals and camera work; through his T.V. show, he reached a wide audience and did more for conservation than any wildlife expert could ever hope to do in a whole lifetime. Not only that, but it's like he had a sixth sense with animals, he was an expert on reading body language, and I don't think anybody came close to having the practical knowledge of wildlife behaviour than Steve did. He just wasn't your ordinary wildlife expert, which can be extremely boring & robotic picking up data and stuff, or just filming from a distance, thats what was so different and special about him.
  13. I'm shocked, I love that guys documentaries, real nice person too. Even more shocking is his death, by a sting ray, it's very rare to die from a sting ray barb even if it's near the heart, I would have thought it was more likely for him to die from a snake bite or a crocodile, not a string ray, wow. I watched all his documentaries, his interaction with animals was simply amazing, I feel terrible.
  14. Oh no!! There is no room for that here.
  15. PP, I know what you mean, my first chick was 7 years older than me, you just can't beat experience
  16. Jesus blimey, it's good being Imperator Viggen.
  17. Thats something you don't wanna do after your wisdom teeth is out. Straws create suction, you'll be sipping your own blood mixed with soup. Pay no attention to Gaius, he's secretly trying to get you killed through your wisdom tooth
  18. Welcome Antiochus, if you need some real life Chemistry and Physics classes, I'll take you to Lebanon next time a war breaks out, which probably won't be too long from now .
  19. I don't think the Hawaiians want to be independant from the U.S., and I don't think Puerto Rico wants to let go if it's special relations with the U.S., not when they benefit from it. The U.S. spread it's freedom, democracy and constitution to Hawaii, and they didn't have to force or oppress the local inhabitants, the Hawaiians simply embraced it.
  20. I'm waiting to see which brave soul will be the first to open a thread here. Who will be the first to be declared Tyrant?
  21. Where did you get that from? just pull it out of the air? certainly not from my post. Germany, simply did not have the vast resources of America and Russia, then add to it a stiff British resistance assuming Germany occupied Britian, and the disasterous results of Russia's occupation would not have changed, but simply spread Germany's military too thin. Sure the war might have taken longer, more casualties for the allies, but the defeat of Germany would have been inevitable anyway. I just don't see how German troops could have kept England under control for too long, as they did in France; the British would have put up a much stronger resistance than the French could ever hope. Also, I'm sure the U.S. and Russia would have found a way to penetrate from the east or just a mass troop landing in Britian or France, and definately could count on British support on the ground once they landed. Anyways, I'm voting for the Battle of Hastings.
  22. Oy! Please watch the language, they are saints
  23. How about 3 chicks or just a whole orgy of women, an infinite amount of them all on one bed, surely that would be the greatest life.
  24. If the Battle of Britian was lost it still would not have changed the outcome of WW2. First, the Germans might have been able to occupy England, but I doubt they could hold on to it. You have to understand British mentality and patriotism at the time, they certainly weren't going to bag up like the French. I just don't see a scenario were the Germans could have controlled Britain to the extent were the benefit would have exceeded the cost. The outcome would probably have been the same as in Russia, which cost the German army dearly. Plus, lets not forget the U.S. who would have tried everything within it's power to liberate Britian. So, thats why I can't pick the Battle of Britian as the most significant, Germany would have been defeated anyway and thrown out of England.
  25. I'm inclined to agree with Cato on this one, I mean the monarchy in England is nothing but ceremonial, and I would have at least expected you to be more informed about your country's form of government. Now, you see why I can't take your other Israel-Nazi statement seriously, especially after I gave you examples and you ignored them. I believe it is you who needs to return from Mars back to the real word.
