This stuff has been hanging around since at least WWII. Replaced hot dogs at Nedics. If you fry it and put it on a bun with lots of mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, sauerkraut and red pepper, followed by good swigs of ersatz orange juice, it tastes great.

What materials are those combs made of?

I haven't seen that since I was a nipper. I think that it was on the inside of the window.

Rip tide?

Is that the Netherby of the poem 'Lochinvar'?

Now you are beginning to cook with fire.

Are you sure that is not the bishop's jackdaw?

I don't know if there were coins as such in the time of Hammurabi, but his Code speaks of 'money', shekels, and such. This was about 1750 B.C.

American veterans used to (maybe still do) sell paper poppies on Nov. 11 for the benefit of wounded vets.

Actually pretty. Looks like a robots castle.

You send these to all of your friends?

Can't you see that it is a prosTrate gland?

A comment to Stalin's ignominy.

I think that this neglect was as a result of Stalin's desire to rid the Soviet union of religion. This church may very well have been used as a barn.
-
I would guess that this church has been greatly refurbished.

A fine design, combining the traditional and the modern. The outside indicates what is inside. The 'onion' dome is absent, but it still is indicated. No clutter. An excellent picture.

About two miles as the crow flies.

I would like to thank Antiochus of Seleucia for all his work getting these pictures into the albums. He did it voluntarily, cheerfully and timely. He is a wizard at this stuff. Take a look at his site.

What's going on here?

At the moment all I know is "Keen", "Keen's'" or maybe "Isle of Keen". Will conduct investigation. And will also see if we can't get the ones that you chose. Like the idea of whiskey; a manly potion.
Bride, Claudia, likes your pics. She once was involved with that kind of theatre stuff.

Love the shots of the food and sets. Are you associated in some way with the HBO series? Now that it's out on DVD, I plan to get my hands on it (we don't get HBO at home).

Your Grace:
Enjoyed your photos very much. Are all these birds native to the British Isles?
It takes a great deal of skill and patience to fly these raptors. I congratulate you on your ability.
