Andreas Posted June 14, 2010 Report Share Posted June 14, 2010 I would recommend you to read Mattingly's "Tripolitania" and Di Vita's "Lost Cities of the Roman Empire" as those were the two most informative books on the subject of that particular region in ancient times.
