Hmm, no more specific guesses from me then that it seems like a somewhere in the northern parts of the empire, Gaul or Britannia, but I guess it could just as well be a cold rainy winter day almost anywhere.

No, not in Gaul or Britain, and no, it's not an underwater city :lol:

 

It's hard to spot, but the clue is in a 'shape' in the top right-hand corner of the picture.

 

edit: and btw, it was neither rainy nor cold...:(

Do you have a sharper version of the picture? The jpg compression have made it slightly blurry.

Still too hard, huh? Maybe a little altitude will do the trick.

It's not taken from the moon, but it should do.
