Unfortunately, with a single 'layer' we are limited in time frame and will likely show these locations based on where they were at the 'greatest extent' (circa AD 117 or so). It very much depends on how cluttered things get, but we are currently planning on it. One of the problems with including too much detail is that it gets so bogged down with information that we can't 'see the forest for the trees', so to speak. Obviously we can't print 5 layered versions of a poster, so we have to do a bit of balancing act between reference functionality and simple aesthetics. With that in mind, ever think about putting out a series of maps, say one for later republic Rome, another 117 as you have, and another near the fall so some other arrangement? I just seem to be finding less and less time to geta round to it lol So there's a new map coming out is there? Perhaps i'd better wait and see how that one looks.
