I know I'm a Geordie and proud of it but I can assure you that wasn't me!! I've heard this one a few times as it's been on our local radio and is passed around here as a ringtone!!! That guy was fantastic!! I've had opportunity to have a right go at a guy from a bank who wanted to charge us for rent that had been paid by them to our old housing association when we moved to a new house.
