Maybe he's just a wealthy nobleman or maybe he's just a soldier or maybe he really is a king??? I suppose only Albert can shed some light on it and tell us where he copied his drawing from?

 

I got most of the references from Osprey books and the internet.

Did you use the bust of Agrippa in the Louve museum in Paris as your inspiration for this drawing?

I've found myself staring at these wonderful drawings and coming back time after time. My favourite has to be Cicero and my youngest daughter loves the Hoplite. BTW, I think that his face looks like the actor that played Brutus in the "Rome' TV series.

These are all beautiful done pieces! The one of the Hoplite is my favourite. So realistic looking. Brilliant work! You deffinately have a very creative drawing bone in your body :blink:

Mate, that is some supremely impressive shit there! Good work. Post ALL of your stuff because it would only be the complete sour arse (CATO!) who would carp or criticise. Jeezuz your talent makes me feel small.....!

Nice works !

But i guess they were more much muscled...

I still feel some undifinished softness in their faces...

Siceo was good for the 2down thirds ...the eye bubble directions is nice ...but the eyes region not vey satisfating....

 

Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa = Your best work
