so yes it has been quite some time since my last entry..nearly a month..

Well not much has happened when i think back at the past month...but here is what i remember

handed in a multitude of assignments which i scored very highly in

did a speech for english...argh i volunteered to go first but lucky me only 6 people where in the class that day ya! so i got pretty good marks..

i made a whole heap of new friends and as the days go by i continue to talk to new people i meet in the smoking area (yep a passive smoker i am lol )

i made a few new enemies... saw peoples true colours once again i spose... when will i learn i guess you could say but meh whatcha gonna do thats life

just about finished Lord Norwichs three part series on Byzantium..a superb book i must say for any byzantine enthusiast.

lately i have begun to show a keen interest in the Venetian republic and i dont know why... cosnidering they did play a large part in the collapse of the Byzantine empire....

and easter is coming up this week i think this year i will go to mass atleast a few times... and i have also begun to love the church and i dont what the reason for this is... considering im against alot of its teachings etc but anywho

so yer thats my past month... atleast what i can remember lol

I have read Lord Norwich's trilogy as well (after having read his Short history of Byzantium). they really are excellent books, among the best narrative history I have read. I'm glad you have enjoyed them.

Norwich has also written a book on the history of Venice as well, I haven't read it but you might want to check it out if you are developing an intrest in that area.
