The guy owned a waterfront bar. His Sanitation Dept. customers would give him all sorts of things that people threw away, so he made a 'museum' out of the stuff and now drinks Budweisser with his pals. If a stranger is a good boy, he gets offered a brew. Since we all are Hookers, we are now pals.
