As such, I've returned to UNRV and it seems alot have changed on this forum, but they are all subtle and I'm still at a lost of trying to figure what happened.

But anyways, did I mention I was without internet for two weeks. Oh my Lord, there has to be some form of withdrawal term for my addiction to the internet.

Oh, did I mention Comcast is an Evil Corportion, crappy service for insane prices if you're AN EXISTING CUSTOMER.

Quite honestly, I think the Daily Kos is full of notorious and mischievous scumbags. I don't even think these idiots are human. They act like feces throwing primates with their smears. Heck, even the monkeys know not to act irrationally.

You know, I wouldn't mind waking up tomorow and seeing Mark the Jackass Moulitsas(whatever the douche's name is) dead.

I go to a Jesuit University by the way, so religious classes are mandatory(people actually like them though). The only interesting classes I can see is Age of Flavians and my history class. I have no darn idea why I chose something advanced like Age of Flavians when most people haven't even taken Latin like I have.

It feels embarassing to be back here but here I am. I've been away for so long because I felt too stupid and unknowledgable on Latin and Roman History anymore. Honestly, because of my poor showing in my AP Latin Vergil class(failed almost every test), I almost gave up on Latin. However, what do ya know, I got a giant 5 on my AP exam. Don't know how I did it, but now I faithfully have renewed my interests in Latin and Roman history.

I just wish I could gather all the establishment conservatives like Limbaugh, Delay, Hannity, Savage, et alia and bury them alive because they are too damn stupid to realize that they won't win 08 if they freaking support Romney. This is the first time(in maturity) that I can recall that Republicans can be so childish and stupid. Gosh darn!

Apparently, my school kicked out a kid who did something retarded-->Link to Article

So now I got the friggin leftest Nation of Islam and the Millions More Movement protesting at my school tommorrow. I actually love my high school and think it has not done anything wrong. The only problem here is that the hypocritical jackasses out there are bringing up the race issue because the student who was expelled is black. My school is primarily white, but we have a good number of minorities and they love being at my school. I don't see them bickering and protesting or hating the school. Not to mention, we've had the zero tolerance policy when it comes to serious misconduct issues. So no one at my school is surprised. We like the kid, but what he did was absolutely stupid. If he was drunk, I'll give him that. I, however don't know enough details, but I sure know that he committed that action and anyone would easily know what he did was wrong.

Enough of my rant. They are scheduled to protest at noon and if I can't get out of school at the right time or be allowed to go to school tomorrow, I'm gonna be pissed. (That's right, I actually like school).

465.34 is how much senior books cost for me (add the 11000 tuition). JC, I also have to wait to buy two more books that cost in excess of 150. Owell, August 23 and back to school.

I ONLY CAN IMAGINE HOW MUCH IT JUST COSTS TO BUY COLLEGE BOOKS!

    From Yahoo news
MIAMI (Reuters) - A Florida man awoke with a severe headache and asked his wife to drive him to a hospital, where doctors found a bullet lodged behind his right ear, sheriff's deputies said.

"The nurse looked at him and said, 'It appears that you've been shot,'" the Fort Pierce Tribune quoted St. Lucie County Sheriff Ken Mascara as saying. "And he said, 'No way.'"

The wife, April Moylan, fled the emergency room when the bullet was discovered but later told deputies she had accidentally shot her husband as he slept early on Tuesday. She was jailed on a weapons violation charge while deputies pursued additional charges.

The husband, 45-year-old Michael Moylan, woke up with a head pain so severe he suspected he was having an aneurysm and asked his wife to take him to the emergency room, deputies said.

They arrested the wife after obtaining a search warrant and finding a gun and bloody rags in the couple's home near the Atlantic coastal town of Port St. Lucie. The husband was hospitalized in stable condition.

    UPDATE: WIFE EXPLAINS WHY

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. - A woman held on a gun charge claims she accidentally shot her husband in the head after becoming startled when the couple's burglar alarm activated, authorities said Wednesday.

April Moylan, 39, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and ordered held Wednesday on $75,000 bond, according to the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office.

Prosecutors were not immediately seeking additional charges.

"The state attorney's office continues to review the facts of the case, and that review is ongoing," Sheriff Ken Mascara said Wednesday. "That means it is possible there could be additional charges in the future."

It was not immediately clear if she had an attorney.

Michael Eugene Moylan, 45, initially told authorities he awoke early Tuesday morning with a severe headache. The couple went to a hospital where a bullet was discovered in the man's head.

Investigators initially thought Moylan had been hit by a stray bullet, but later realized the couple's story did not match up, Mascara said.

The couple finally told authorities that April Moylan sleeps with a loaded .32-caliber revolver under her pillow. They said that when the burglar alarm sounded at about 4 a.m. Tuesday, she grabbed the gun and it accidentally discharged, shooting her husband in the head just behind his ear.

Mascara said the couple told authorities they couldn't simply call 911 because both are convicted felons and are not allowed to own a gun so they concocted the headache story.

April Moylan previously had been convicted of sale and delivery of cocaine in Palm Beach County, Mascara said. Her husband's criminal record was not immediately available.

He was recovering Wednesday at a hospital. His wound was not considered life-threatening, the sheriff's office said.

I know I'm a junior, but its important that I have a sense of direction so I can discuss it with my conselor and SAT/ACTs are coming, even though most schools don't deem great importance among them.

What I found out is that almost all the schools look at primarily the kinds of classes(challenges) you took at which level and most importantly your GPA or grade. Another important factor is the recommendations from counselor and teachers.

Looking to the future, I'm thinking about majoring in Law to become a lawyer, but I also have the options of engineering/designing, and even medical. All those classes of Latin, Greek, Ethics,....blah blah electives sure prepare me, something I credit the schools reputation to be true.

My school today just had a college night, and since Loyola Academy has good prestige, we got almost all the know colleges and universities, including all the military ones. However, I thought my parents only wanted me to stay instate, so I went only for a few interstate but mostly innerstate, Northwestern and University of Chicago. The shocker was when I got home, my parents talked about moving either to the Northeast(preferably Penn.) or to California, and it happens I wanted to go either region for school, problem was I didn't bother to pay attention much to those schools in that region. The only one that looks interesting to me was Marist College, which I'm sure is a good school.

So forum members, can you tell the good schools in the Northeast and midatlantic or in Cali that I may look at.

By the way is Marist a good school.

After fruitless months of loitering around, I finally got my damn license. But only thing is I really hate is the picture taking, it makes me look so retarded, I suppose no one can escape it. Otherwise, I love driving along the lakefront at night, amazing scenery, and not to mention fracking 'peace.' I suppose they call it naturalism, BS lit.

Otherwise, I'm really hating school right now. Just too much damn work, I feel depress and tired. Fortunately, my personality doesn't allow me to stay like this that long.

Then there are the Olympics. They are nice and all, but really, barely anyone in the US gives a ... about it. The only things worth watching are the moguls, ice-skating(I find incredibly amazing and hard as hell), downhill skiing, and the luge.

Oh its that damn time of the year again when you've just found out, crap, I just wasted a year of life and don't really want to go further in age(Imma also feel horrible with all these tests too). So it as with me tomorrow, I wish I was fifteen again. But then again, it's not so bad since turning 16, that can only mean a drivers license. Only thing I can wish is for an Xbox 360, a girlfriend, grow 6 inches taller(I'm only 5'8), and do really well in the upcoming lacrosse season.

About lacrosse, turns out our JV team just got even smaller. Barely anyone but 3 went up to varsity, but the problem is we barely have any defenders left except for just a bunch of middies and attacks. But then theres surprising a huge@// freshmen team, I suppose only the best freshmen gets moved up, that is defending. Surprisingly for myself I'm only 5'8 yet I'm a longstick middie(amazingly fun position).

As for school, I've been turning into relatively a major smart@// in literal sense. However, I'm still one of the cool people or popular whatever you call it. At my school, people are pretty nice unlike public schools who have an actually social system with the nerds, jocks... At my school, half the jocks are the smart people(including me) while the nerds(well the smart people) are actually cool people and they're usually thespians...Rather complicated high school is ain't it...

Also upcoming is probably the last Certamen. Its a sectional competition between schools as to who is the best Latin team. For some reason my team always comes in second because the school in first place is an extreme magnet school, which means they are full of the weirdest but smartest kids ever. The school is called Northside Prep they are from, but no offense, these kids are the weirdass types who bullies would have fun with. Even their image and presentation (clothes, untidy hair, unshavened) gives further support. Oh another major reason, the damn N-side bunch all have more than 4 years(or 8 years) of Latin because they learned in grade school. As for me and my friends(team) most of us didn't start Latin until when we first started freshmen year. So you can see it is a huge mismatch, butnevertheless, we always come in second place and we also manage to always come close to beating them. [sORRY IF I OFFENDED ANYONE, JUST VENTING FRUSTRATION AT THE INURIAS.

In light of Martin Luther King Day, Hillary Clinton has proven to me that she is a fake and ignorant person. First of all, she's trying to attract Republican voters by saying all this stuff about being tougher on Iran, terrorism, et alia. But it's all so obvious her intentions are false. Next thing she does is by playing the race card and call the House of Rep a plantation. I mean seriously woman! Are you that much of an a-hole! I mean if a Republican said that, he would get massacred by the media. Also, the mayor of New Orleans said that he wants New Orleans to be a 'chocalate' city again.(Wow, that's just stupid.) So in 2008, I would just like everyone to NOT vote for Hillary. However, do not worry, there is good reason JOHN McCAIN will run for the 2008 presidency and he will definitely win.
Also, I would like to point out that the Iran nuclear situation can only be resolved by the military option. Sanctions will not do much because Europe and the US can't avoid having the gas prices spiking. The only other real improbably option is to help the youths of Iran start an uprising and overthrow the government.

For people who read the news, you've recently have read articles about Osama bin Laden. For the most interesting part, Osama is offering a truce to us! Bah! I'm mean come on, who's gonna listen to a guy who lives in a cave. Until recently, Al-Qaeda has been taking big hits, such as the elections in Iraq. But now, you've got reports that four top terrorists of Al-Quaeda were killed in that bombing by the Unmanned Predator.

In other news, the US government has subpoena Google. The government wants a list all requests entered into Google's search engine during an unspecified single week

Well everyone, I'm in the fight for my life. Today finals started and so far, I think I did very well. Scriptures was about a 150 questions, but the test was so straightforward that it made the test easy. So no stress there, but math is my major weakness, however, the test was easy this time even though there were so many trick questions. As for tomorrow, I have Literature, the one I'm most of afraid of. Then Gym, haha that class is such a blowoff. Lastly for the day, I have Honors Latin II, now that is gonna be an easy one since I'm such a Latin geek. But then on Thursday, Chemistry is gonn screw me over. Lastly and finally, I have a very important project to turn in for Design, luckily Design has no final.

Regarding my Age of Flavians class, I was (jokingly) told that I was halfway through my classics major even though I'm not majoring in it. Apparently, 4 years of Latin does get you somewhere. Perhaps I will have to consider classics now. Additionally, turns out that I'm the only freshman(to the light-hearted jealously of some seniors, wait until I tell them that I already had a year of greek done), the only other one freshmen seemed to have bailed out. Lastly, two of my classics classmates are gay and really fun in a way. I had an inkling one was gay, but the other one was too scholarly to know. There might be a third one, the one we call a "severe classicist."

Definition of a severe classicist- one who was inflicted with the classics cancer cells and then died and ultimately was resurrected as a classics zombie.

So today was just another day with a few changes in the regular routine. So anyways, I came to school, had Geometry first period, pretty damn easy I must say when you are doing radical problems...
Second period, speech, damn teacher gave us a third project to do altogether within one week .
Third period, Literature, my that research paper makes me wanna committ suicide(in a peaceful manner of course) .
Fourth period, had lunch, school food is horrible I must say. I usually sit around my friends and sometimes with the 'popular' sophomore kids when I have nowhere else to sit. All we do is joke all day...sad but that's really what all we do, find humor in life. \
Fifth period, had Latin class and we're learning the Gerundive now, its
suppose to be hard but it ain't bad, but saying the Passive Perphrastic Participle messes me up all the time, which is why it is called the Gerundive of Obligation by my teacher. Halfway through class, fire alarm goes on. Everyone walks out, but its 'freaking 21 DEGREES.' So we're standing around...blah blah this and that. Turns out the kitchen in the Cafeteria had a fire...
But then 6th period lunch wasn't able to be held...haha I felt bad for the kids randomly sitting in the hallway and those who couldn't eat lunch...luckily I was in design class. Now I must say, drawing a 'perfect Euclideian Pentagon is extremely complicated.' I would just like someone try to say its easy when they don't have a protracter, but only a compass, pencil, and ruler.
Seventh period I have Gym, the easiest and funnest class ever. Now of all the periods, 7th Gym is considered the worse ever and my class is definitely the worse ever since all of us are bunch of A-holes who mess around too much. So we're doing Floor Hockey, pretty fun. But the problem is , today, I got the 'face treatment.' Now here's what I mean. I'm on offense and our center who is about to shoot the ball with the stick for a goal...only thing he did was elevate the damn thing too high that me and this other guy were standing there...next thing I know is BAM...I got hit in the face/jawline area. So I'm like "TIME OUT COACH, THINK I JUST GOT HIT IN THE FACE sarcastically of course. Fifteen seconds later after stading around...yup I fine...game on...
Eighth period we had a Chemistry test... now the day before this kid I know stole the test...next day it spreads around the class...yet know one was able to work out the damn problems...it was just that hard. Ironic isn't.

So there ya go, just another day in the life of ME/Flavius.

Read the article and you'll find it interesting. Turns out, Iraq is eventually gonna turn stable and the insurgency will die out later. Apparently, the Ramadi insurgents now has decided to form an alliance and fight an all out war against Al Quaeda who have been responsible for killing many Revolutionaries who now see that politics is the only way to get what they want in Iraq since the election results show strong Sunni gains. Apparently Al Quaeda
doesn't like this and they started killing Revolutionary leaders and innocent civilians which now the Rev. are pretty damn piss. Its all been going like this, Assasination then Reprisal.

So the only thing new in my life now is that lacrosse season now starts. For lacrosse, all I ever do is practice for two hours in the unbearable cold to the point of not feeling my fingers, luckily springtime is making it warmer. Boy do I just hate running/conditioning, run run run... that's lacrosse for ya. Oh wells, as long as I'm staying active and the feeling of belong to an actual team is awesome. By the way, we're called the Loyola Ramblers.

Aside, my life still sucks. I can drive now, but don't take advantage of it. All I do is go to Borders and Starbucks, or the movies. I still don't have a girlfriend yet, pretty miserable but not much concern . So yeah, dull isn't it. All I have is my humor to keep my happy.

Way off, I was watching the movies Constantine and the Mummy today, now I must say, Rachel Weis is the second hottest woman ever! Natalie Portman is #1 of course, but its like a 1/2 standing. Pointing being, Rachel Weis is smoking!!!!!!! Yaowza!

Some or if any may notice that I'm as of lately rarely inactive. I have very good reasons:

    1) For about a whole month, high school made a serious challenge on me, the RESEARCH ESSAY.The extra hassle was that I had a teacher who absolutely loved grading papers and she has very high standards which I barely live up to. So there goes weeks of my life spent writing and writing and writing...writing. We had to focus our essay on the subject of 20th century American authors. I first got stuck with Sarah Orne Jewett, who has an incredible online source, but a very horrific lack of textual sources. For three days I wasted time searching for a biography of an author which the task was hard as heck to find books like those in nearby libraries or even college ones. I was advised by a school aid to change authors and so I did. I changed to BERNARD MALAMUD, now he's a cool cat. I absolutely like this author, he says so many interesting things concerning morality and basically extentilism, a weird philosophy. But sadly, he didn't have a biography because he admits he's very private, so barely got by the first part in my essay with a general biography. Weeks later, I've exhausted myself and turned the 'monstrosity" in.

    2) After the essay, now athletics have made a call to me. It's that time of year again for lacrosse season. My, how I hate condition in sports. All you do is run, run, run... otherwise, lots of stick skills and catching. Then I have these idiotic freshmens who suck so bad, but hey, its the first week of practice. Just hope our team won't suck this year. Our practices last from 3:30 - 5:45/6:00, now that sucks. When practices ends, I make an tiring drive home. When I get home, I'm too damn sore and sleepy, so I really have no time to give UNRV a long visit.

So I hope I have more time to participate.

Oh by the way, has anyone watched the History Channel's Boudicca documentary? I must say, I love it!
