Ursus
Is anyone watching Caprica? It's a prequel to the modern Battlestar Galactica. However, more importantly it seems to be a bold social commentary on our times. A technologically advanced but morally ambiguous culture grappling with terrorists and zealots who assert an exclusive moral code .... great stuff. DecimusCaesar
I have seen the original Battlestar Galactica (the 70's version) and I did see the Galactica miniseries (one or two episodes?) when it aired many years back. I've never seen the new episodes of Galactica though, so I have a feeling that watching the new series is a prerequisite to watching Caprica. Kosmo
Funny thing, I come on UNRV straight after seeing Caprica episodes and found this thread. I must admit that I'm a bit disappointed that they lost the tempo of the pilot, it seems to me that nothing happened in this 3 episodes. M. Porcius Cato
Caprica is my current favorite TV show, but waiting a whole week for it is an agony I haven't experienced since BSG.
Kosmo
The last one was much better!
Ursus
The last one was much better! You know ... I'm a little worried, though. A god-like being let loose in a virtual world ... if they start echoing The Matrix I'll be disappointed.
Kosmo
Damn cliffhangers! But now it's exciting!
