does the latin language use a bunch of commas? i noticed the first part is broken up in to 4 sections. -vakus-

anyone know latin well?

i heard this in a movie and would really like to know what it translates into latin. "blow wind, come wrath. At least i will die with this harness off my back." any help is much appreciated. if it is not possible to translate please tell me why. thx vakusgrey
