  1. Hello to all. For weeks i have been scouring the internet for latin phrases and translations to help me in creating a plaque in memory my father. Which i would then like to affix to a car which i have restored. so far using the world wide web i have this: Pro amor patris mei MCMLXIII - MCMXCVIII Requiescat in pace "Etam in morte, superest amor" Which in lines i believe reads: For the love of father, 1963-1998, Rest in peace, even in death love survives. Am i correct? And if i wanted to add "My hero" to the first line how would that be done? Also i found a phrase i liked the 'feel' of... Bonus meus patri, pro ifinitio may vos sileo in pacis any clues on what it means? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated and put to almost immediate use. Sincerely S117
