  1. Hello, I am writing a research paper and have found this site to be extremely helpful. However, I have one simple (and probably stupid) question. Many of the Roman laws contain "Cn." (such as Lex Manilia de Imperio Cn. Pompeius) What does "Cn." stand for? I assume it is "Consul," but I will have to give a presentation, so I need to be able to pronounce it correctly.
