How did Gaius, Papilian, and Ulpian ( Roman Jurists )Contributed to the development of Roman law.? Please let me know about their individual contribution. Thank you

Iam sudying the Subject of Roman Law and we are given an assignment to list those heads of state during the main three periods in the Roman history and we also have to discuss the contribution to the development of Roman law by two individuals from each period. Actually it is hard to find facts related to this contribution by those ancient Roman heads of states. if you can please help me. it would be greatful. Thank you
