Eastern and Western Italics

I believe that the Sabines were Eastern Italics and that Samnites were a part of the Sabine stock that had moved into where present day Molise is and the rest of Samnium.

But the Latins of Rome were Western Italics that were in present day Latium.

Are the Eastern and Western Italics,of the same bloodline, stock , culture, language or DNA ?

In present day Molise ,and Campania are the people there descended from the Samnites ,Latins, or both? Or are they descended from other Eastern and Western Italics. Or does it matter if in fact there is no real difference in the bloodlines of Eastern and Western Italics.
