Uhhhh...sorry I have no idea what you mean.

 

Favonius is simply commenting (As a lot of Romanophiles would) That the Calgacus that Viggen mentions was a bleeding heart, and should have known when he was conquered. Favonius is on the Romans side, not the "barbarians".
