I occasionally contribute to a Greek Pagan organization. When I wrote the Dionysus article for UNRV, I contacted the organization head to see if he could use it for his website. It just so happened he was editing an anthology of essays for Dionysus. He had the anthology published on some self-publishing site or another, and Amazon picked it up from there.
