What is "disturbed farmland"?

Arable that has been "opened up" and left in a state of disorder- topsoil having been moved across site, a good example is where the poppies flourish when earth is heaped up randomly during road building. Not a type of Psychotic Soil profile.

Its allso the reason we wear Poppies as remembrance to our war dead (In Britain anyway, not sure about the rest of the world) once a year.Poppies grow all over battle fields (Somme, etc) because of the disturbance the Artillery caused to the top soil.
