Mediobogdvm South Gate

South Gate view from the Trajanic Fort.Quite a posting this Fort-here we are looking south toward Hardknott Pass , having climbed to the site of the fort which is on the only available flat(ish) ground and looks toward Glannaventa to the NW.

Lol but yea, I can imagine it would be a bad place to break down :)

 

I once had a tyre explode at the very top of this road-coming down this direction-that is why I love the main car we have-a big volvo, I ran it all the way down on three wheels (you cant pull over!) and it handled very well all the way.

Hehe sounds like fun. My dad's brakes went out coming down Red Rock Mountain (no where near as big or steep but still) and when he got to the bottom he was doing 80 something and praying that no one was at the intersection.
