Here we see a prototype Pertimaxus on field trials , this is a "light-medium" model , a cocktail glass is inappropriate due to the bulky nature of this ferocious admixture . Here we see that Neuilly Prat (two parts) have melded with Plymouth Gin (one part) and Duchy Ginger Cordial (one part) - this was mid afternoon so a full "assault version" was avoided ( with extra ginger and Polish Bison Grass Vodka).I must stress that the best quality Ginger ( not sweetened) be used .

The trial was a total success , the renowned combination of palatte cleansing sharpness and brain numbing intoxication were achieved with ease.Afficionados wil note the background is the Cameron of Lochiel (hunting ) tartan, worn in a rather daring tie and waistcoat combination .

Trials will continue, the UK Forum meet might be a good experimental background for scientific ingestion.

It was served with rare Angus beef garnished with a garlic and thyme butter, Pommes Frites and a purely decorative salad in the restaurant of Harvey Nichols. It was also trialed with dressed crab and smoked trout. Both wildly diverse meals were improved by its presence. However its moment of triumph was with , Carne di Cinghiale/ crevettes/ mature stilton / best olives / rough highland oatcakes as a buffet accompaniment.

The Pertimaxus was a hit with nearby Gentlemen , but deemed a little fiery for the Ladies.

That looks mighty tasty...and I would opt for the buffet option, personally. Make it a type of antipasto instead, with some nice prosciutto and salumi, olvies, marinated mushrooms and artichokes, bocaccini and other assorted aged dairy products, roasted tomatos and peppers...and a Pertimaxus! Don Tomato: you're speeding with your creative license...

Alas, there is a straw in the Pertimaxus! Unmanly, You know! May meet with resistance from the knobby-kneed Kelts.

Most kind, the Lochiel is an almost psychedelic tartan close-up, but walk twenty paces into the heather and you are invisible, quite interesting for light purple cross hatched with pink and green. The straw was inserted by a foolish artisan, a great effeminacy! However as Ladies were present they were offered the beverage first before the foppish addition was thrown aside.
