Hehe I'm going to try it again tomorrow, with the aluminum arrows (my arm is pretty much healed) I got tips for the cedar arrows but i'm going to get my strength up so i can get the right draw length before i cut them.

Richard Head makes excellent Longbows/Acceseries,there a bit pricey but really good quality.You should really be wearing a bracer when you use your Bow,unless you want a really sore arm

Hehe I know, but I don't have a bracer. My idea is to learn to not let the string hit my arm. My compound bow never really hit my arm, occasionally it brushed it if I was holding it wrong, but when that happens I always miss

Hehe well I was shooting without an armguard so I was half afraid to pull the bow all the way back. I'm going to tape my arm with horse wrap today...and my fingers too hehe I don't have a tab...or a glove...

 

Its a Viper longbow, 45 lb. I'll take a picture and post it when I get the thing strung. I forgot yesterday.
