Plans to rebuilt Roman temple to Minerva in Chichester

Chichester (Noviomagus Reginorum) was an important site during the Roman invasion of Britain in AD 43 in Southern Britain.  

There are plans to rebuild the temple of the Roman goddess Minerva that once existed there. The plan is to use as many of the original stones as possible.

 Stane Street is the modern name of the Roman road that linked Chichester with London (Londinium). Stane Street is 91 km (57 miles) long.
