guy Posted March 18 Report Share Posted March 18 Here is a brief video (partially in Latin) of the Roman invasion of Britain under Emperor Claudius in AD 43. The pretext for the invasion was Rome’s coming to the defense of the pro-Roman King Verica who had been expelled by the Atrebates tribe.
