Fuzzy wuzzy dinosaurs

Recommended Posts

I saw something about this on a TV documentary one night. Actually it was more about the evolution of birds from dinosaurs, and microraptors. But they mentioned T Rex might have had feathers. I thought that was funny.

They also had a model/recreation of something that looked for all the world like a prehistoric chicken. :)

My mentor has actually worked with the feathered specimens in china. They are a true treasure. As for T-rex, he was probably like an elephant, who itself has a soft down of hair on its body. But there was a smaller Rex species (much smaller) that was found with feathers.
