They behave and sound a lot like turkeys. Wild turkeys however are infinitely smarter. :wacko: Infinitely

 

They'll fly out of the pen then freak out trying to get back in (Not thinking to just fly back the way they came). I try and help them but there is only so much I can do some times... :unsure:

 

But you are correct, guineas are tasty and nutritious :)

I forgot to mention that they are very good at keeping harmful insect pest populations down. They are especially good at eating ticks and will keep stinging bee populations in check.

GUINEAS!! AWW!! I had three of them myself...Daemon, Teufel, and Pazuzu (lol they turned out to be aptly named lemme tell you). Daemon (the male) died and Teufel and Pazuzu are now living elsewhere..I miss them....

 

They are so funny.
