Perfect answer. It might surprise some to learn that it seems that the building was never used, maybe due to a non-working innovative heating system.

But is Bryaxis right to consider this is in the eastern empire, Maladict? It looks like some sort of tomb or mausoleum.

I'm usually not inclined to answer general questions in this thread, but it's kind of hard to argue with the minaret anyway :unsure:. So yes, it's the Eastern empire.
