  1. Yes, thanks for sharing. I'm always fascinated by finds like this.
  2. I watched all but 10min. of the first video and found it very interesting and informative. The fact that there was that much restoration of antique pieces was enlightening. You see, I have always wondered how magnificent sculptures just happened to be found buried in the ground. Why were they abandoned (unless buried by lava of course) and not ruined by earthquakes and plunder. I guess I'm naive. ha But now I understand. These pieces in the collections were displayed as art, not antiquities. But did I also hear that many of the sculptures were restored in ancient times as well?
  3. The video was very informative. Thanks for posting it.
  4. My poetry is consists of greeting card texts. πŸ˜„ I do think I'm pretty good at it tho.

  7. I just came here, and everything looks like it did before. I don't know what happened. Maybe I clicked on something I shouldn't have or it was my computer. Anyway, ok now.
  8. When did this happen? I hadn't visited in awhile and got a surprise. Finally figured out how to navigate, not complicated but different. πŸ˜„
  9. That was interesting. I'll have to go online and find out more about her.
  10. I've never seen such pretty cactus blooms. And I see no "mess" of a back yard. You and your wife have a great area to relax. But you need a piece of Roman sculpture! πŸ›΅
  11. Well, I'm mostly over it now but it was JImmy Dean's Sausage/Egg/Cheese/Biscuits !! LOL 😁 Still guzzling Ocean Spray cranberry juice and blends. This was even before that Youtube video made it popular. πŸ˜‹
  12. The artistic talent is absolutely amazing isn't it?
  13. I watched all four videos - enjoyed them very much. Thanks for sharing.
  14. Did I miss the fact that it was part of grave goods, or how did them attempt to discover why it was buried where it was.
  15. Too many and not enough time! lol Good ones I'm sure. Thanks.
