I'm just guessing here but I doubt the regular Scythian soldier would be able to afford such an elaborate torc, it does look like something only the extremely wealthy would wear??? Maybe he's just a wealthy nobleman or maybe he's just a soldier or maybe he really is a king??? I suppose only Albert can shed some light on it and tell us where he copied his drawing from?
