I apologize for not thanking everyone again sooner.

The party was a success... Instead of going out and watching friends gripe over the food, service, cost etc... I cooked at my house and told everyone to bring me good beer to drink.

Here was the menu:

Pork Souvlaki Skewers

Cumin Scented Carrot Riata Chicken Salad w/pita

Tabouli

Tofu Tamale Pie

App:

Fresh Baguette w/ olive tapenade

Thankfully it all had rave reviews. I got gloriously snookered on fine Belgian & American ale and luckily Pausikrapailos came to my aid during the night and I woke up feeling like a million bucks. No hangover.

One other thing I did was open my 1994 Samuel Adams Triple Bock because I received a 1995 as a gift. Sacrifice is all about substitution! It was fabulous & I am quite glad it finally got opened.

Thanks again for the well wishes! :notworthy:
